The Tosoh A1c 2.2 Glycohemoglobin Analyzer is an instrument-reagent system used for in vitro diagnostic measurement of hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in blood specimens. The system uses ion exchange, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and microcomputer technology to quickly and accurately measure HbA1c as a percentage of the total amount of hemoglobin present in a sample. This instrument is a bench-top analyzer with full walk-away capability. System control is through a touch-screen display and keypad, with the ability to interface with a host computer.
